    If Gift Card s lost or stolen the remaining available balance on the card can be reissued to a new card only when the original purchase receipt accompanies notification.     Gift cards never expire; however, will become inactive if dormant {no activity} for any consecutive 60 month period.

    We do not charge any service fees on unused balances. If you do see any service fees, please complete Gift Card Inquiry Form with all the details. We will remove them. Gift cards will become inactive if dormant {no activity} for any consecutive 60 month period...that's 5-years of inactivity!
