If your order is placed for immediate pick up, it can not be canceled due to the payment being processed as well as the food being in production. However, you may attempt to call the restaurant if its within 2-3 minutes from the order being placed to see if the order has not been made.
If it has not been made, our team will submit a request to our Corporate office to request the order be refunded. This refund, once processed, will take 3-5 business days to return to your account, depending on your banking institution.
Scheduled orders can be canceled as long as the food has not been prepared by calling the restaurant and speaking with a manager. If management can confirm food preparation hasn’t begun and the credit card has not been charged, the cancellation can be approved.
We cannot cancel, refund, or give credit if you change your mind, mistakenly order, or if the order is placed at an incorrect location after the order is prepared.
