As a vegetarian/vegan, you want to avoid the following:
- Refried Beans - contains lard
- Borracho Beans - contains pork
- Mexican Rice - made with chicken stock
- Flour Tortillas - contains lard
Many of our menu items & sauces contain, or are cooked with, some form of chicken stock and/or dairy product. If there is a particular menu item you're concerned about, or if there are certain entrees you're accustomed to ordering at Tex-Mex restaurants, we'd be happy to look up ingredients to help you make the best decision.
